Placements with real responsibilities inside working brands, running as cohorts. You are onboarded into a workplace and practise the skills across the BG Brand Hub ecosystem — listings, enquiries, stock and delivery. The current cohort is open now, based in Nairobi.
Internship

Support day-to-day delivery across the brands — scheduling, supplier follow-up, reporting and keeping the operating rhythm on track.
Register against a specific role or track and attach an up-to-date CV — it is required. Add a short note about what you want and where you are now, so we can point you at the right track.
2. A conversation
We talk through what you are good at, what you want next, and which track actually fits. Honest advice, even when it is not what you hoped.
3. Placement or match
Interns are placed into a brand; mentees are matched with a named mentor; researchers join a study team. Sessions are scheduled from the start.
4. Documented work
Everything you do is logged in Worklog and signed off by your mentor, so you finish with a portfolio and a profile employers can verify.
