How It Works

A savings culture is built by doing it regularly, in amounts you can actually manage.

1Register Sign up on the member portal and pay the Ksh 200 membership. That gives you two shares and a member account.
2Choose a savings plan Decide what you can put aside and how often. Weekly, monthly, or whenever a job pays — the plan is yours to set.
3Buy shares as you save Every contribution buys shares at Ksh 100 each, so your savings show up as a holding rather than a balance you might dip into.
4Put the savings to work Choose to finance trade on the marketplace, or have your shares managed through a nominee company investing in listed companies.

Shares Grow, And The Limit Grows With Them

The longer you save, the larger the holding — and the more trade financing that holding can support.

M6 26 shares — Ksh 2,600Six months of regular saving on record. Limit around Ksh 3,900

An illustration, not an offer. The figures above show how a limit builds against a savings record — they are not a quotation. Every limit is set on the member's savings history and trade record, share values can fall as well as rise, and no return is guaranteed.

Two Ways Your Savings Work

Members choose. Neither is compulsory, and the choice is yours to revisit.

Trade financing on the marketplace

For members who buy and sell, savings can be applied to trade activity on BG Brand Hub — the stock needed to fill an order, or goods you are ready to move but cannot yet fund.

  • Financing tied to real trade, not a guess
  • Inside an ecosystem that already knows the seller
  • For members who choose this route

Investment through a nominee company

For members who would rather not trade, shares can be managed through a nominee company that buys shares in listed companies, following the investment plan each member sets.

  • Managed on your instruction, to your plan
  • Exposure to listed companies without doing it yourself
  • A long-term route rather than a quick one

Why a savings culture

Most people do not fail to save because they earn too little. They fail because nothing makes it regular. A plan, a share price and a member account turn saving into a habit with something to show for it.

  • Start at Ksh 100 a share
  • Save at the rhythm your income allows
  • Watch a holding build, not just a number move

Who It Is For

Anyone in the ecosystem, and anyone who would like to be.

Traders and brand reps

Selling on the marketplace and needing working capital to take the next order rather than turn it away.

Mentees and interns

Earning a first income and wanting somewhere to put part of it that is not a phone wallet.

Small businesses

Buying stock in volume, where the difference between a good month and a bad one is timing rather than demand.

Anyone building slowly

No trading, no rush — saving into shares and letting a nominee company invest to a plan you set.

Start on the member portal

Before you join. Buying shares is not a bank deposit, and returns are not guaranteed — the value of a shareholding can fall as well as rise, whether it is applied to trade or invested in listed companies. Read the member terms on the portal, and ask us anything that is not clear before you pay.

Questions before you sign up?

Ask about the savings plans, the share price, or how trade financing is decided. A person answers, and nobody is signed up over the phone.
